Below is a compilation of magazines which are based on photography. Although my feelings are mixed with regards to how good magazines are at the moment, there is definitely some magazines which provide excellent photographs and accompanied text. Unfortunately I haven’t found one devoted just to wildlife photography. Even so there are a number of magazines concentrating on the outdoors especially landscapes and in general the market has boomed with new magazines in the past couple of years, especially with the development of digital technology.
An in depth look at specific pictures of different wildlife situations. Find out how the final picture was produced and the problems that occurred throughout the process. Subjects include amongst others the native red squirrel and the great spotted woodpecker.
